This is to inform all ruling houses, communities, groups, associations, and well-wishers of Udu Kingdom that arrangements have been made for homage visits to His Royal Majesty, Okporua I, Ovie of Udu Kingdom. All delegations intending to pay homage are hereby advised to communicate with the Palace Secretariat in advance for the purpose of orderly scheduling, reception, and protocol coordination. Delegations are requested to arrive punctually, maintain decorum, and ensure that all ceremonial conduct reflects the dignity of the throne and the honour of the kingdom. Further details regarding dates, times, and approved delegations shall be communicated by the Palace in due course. The cooperation of all concerned is appreciated.
